Online booking, reminders and a client book
Your calendar fills itself. Your clients actually show up.
Your clients book themselves, day or night, and each one gets a text before they come. Your phone buzzes the moment a booking lands. One price for the whole team, and we never take a cut.
Free forever for one shop: 3 people, 100 bookings a month, unlimited email reminders.

Built for people who sell time
If your day is a row of appointments, this is for you.
A haircut takes forty minutes, a tattoo takes four hours, a check-up takes ten. You set how long each thing runs, what it costs and who does it. Nothing else has to change.
Hair salons
Colour, cut, and the processing gap in between
Barbers
Regulars every three weeks, and a chair that never sits empty
Massage and spa
Two rooms, three therapists, treatments of every length
Beauty and nails
Lashes, brows and manicures, priced per service
Dentists and clinics
Check-ups, recalls, and a waiting room that runs on time
Physio and rehab
Ten sessions booked at once, with the same therapist
Tattoo and piercing
A free consultation, then a four-hour sitting with the same artist
Online meetings
Coaches, lawyers, tutors, developers: a link instead of an address
How it works
One link, one calendar, one client book.
You set your hours and your prices once. From then on the bookings arrive on their own.
Your clients book themselves, at midnight if they want
Two ways, and most salons use both. Put the calendar inside your own website, where clients pick an hour without ever leaving your page. Or send the link: Instagram bio, WhatsApp, a card on the counter. Nothing to download, no account to make, and nobody ringing you at nine in the evening to ask about Tuesday.
- Nobody can book an hour you are already working
- Your colours, your logo, your salon name
- The calendar sits on your site, not on ours, and on as many sites as you have
- They move it or cancel it themselves, without ringing you
- Books in their language, whichever of the four that is

When
Everyone’s day, on one screen
You can see the whole team’s week without asking anybody. Nothing moves by accident, and two clients never end up in the same chair at the same hour.
- The half hour a colour is developing is time you can still sell
- Lunch, a course, your own dentist: put it in and the hour closes
- A booking that moves keeps its price, its note and its history
- A stylist sees her own day; an owner sees all of them

You see which hours pay for themselves
Which day earns, which hour sits empty, who keeps coming back and who has not been in since March. Read out of the bookings you already take, on every plan including the free one.
- Money counted when the work is done, not when it was booked
- A client who moved her appointment twice is still one visit
- The month totalled up, ready for whoever does your books
- Regulars, first-timers, and the ones who quietly stopped coming

Reminders
A text gets read. Usually within three minutes.
Around 98% of text messages get opened, and most of them almost straight away. That is why a text before the appointment is the cheapest thing there is to stop an hour going empty.
-
One the day before, one on the day
A day ahead, while she can still move it. Two hours ahead, so she leaves the house. Three at most, and you know the cost per appointment before the first one goes out.
-
Nothing arrives at two in the morning
Nobody gets a text inside the hours you keep quiet. One that would have landed at two in the morning arrives earlier the evening before.
-
No surprises on the bill
A long message costs two texts instead of one. You know that before it goes out, not on the invoice at the end of the month.
-
Email reminders, unlimited on every plan
Including the free one, with no cap on how many. Most salons send both: an email to whoever left an address, a text to whoever left a number.
98% is the industry figure for text messages, not our own count.

The free plan
Three people. Not one.
Nearly every booking product gives a free account exactly one seat, so you can only try it in a salon you made up. Ours takes your whole small team, your real services and your real week. And your booking form goes on your own website, not just a link you send people to.
Enough to run a real week in a real salon
- 3 team members on the calendar
- 100 bookings a month
- 5 services, priced your way
- Unlimited email reminders
- Your own booking page and link
- Your booking form on as many websites as you have
- Reports on your week and your month
- Client book with visit history and notes
No card, no countdown, nothing switched off after two weeks.
What the free plan will not do
Listed here, rather than found out later.
- No text messages, email only
- One location, not a second
- Booking number 101 has to wait for the first of next month
- A fourth pair of hands needs a paid plan
- The Aptly badge stays on your booking page
Nothing expires, and a booking you have already taken is never touched.
Want texts on the free plan? Buy them.
100 text messages for €10, on any plan including this one. Credits never expire, and nothing about your plan changes.
On your phone
The salon buzzes in your pocket.
Add Aptly to your home screen once. From then on a new booking arrives like any other notification, even with the app closed and the phone locked.
-
You hear it while you are working
A booking, a cancellation, an hour that just opened up. You find out when it happens rather than the next time somebody opens the laptop.
-
Each person hears their own chair
A stylist is told about her own clients and nobody else’s. An owner or a manager hears about all of them. Nobody has to filter anything.
-
An icon, not a browser tab
It opens full screen, without the address bar, and remembers you between shifts. There is nothing to download and no app store involved.
-
Your clients still get a text
Notifications are for the people who run the salon. The people coming in get an SMS, which is read whether or not they have installed anything.
Works on iPhone and Android.

And the rest of it
The things you turn out to need in week three.
A client book that fills itself
You never type a client in twice. What she had, who did it, what she paid and the thing you must not forget all stay on one card, even when she books from a new address.
Your own tags on a client
“Allergic to ammonia”, “always late”, “brings her daughter”. Up to six per client, so whoever takes the booking knows her before she says a word.
Online meetings too
A consultation, a lesson, a check-in afterwards. The client gets a link with the confirmation, and again in the reminder. Nothing to install at either end.
More than one location
Six shops, one bill and one client book between them. You can still look at a single shop on its own: its week, its team, its takings.
On the phone, like an app
It sits on the home screen and opens like an app, and a new booking arrives as a notification even when the app is closed. A stylist hears about her own clients, an owner about everybody’s.
Four languages, on both sides
You work in one language and your client books in another. Her confirmation and her reminder arrive in hers, not in yours.
Pricing
One flat price for the whole salon.
One price for the salon, whoever is on the team. Never per person, and never a cut of a booking your own client made.

Bookings and SMS are counted per month.
Every plan starts free. You move up the day you need to, and your services, your hours and your bookings stay exactly as they are.
Reports, email reminders and your booking page are on all of them. We never charge for a second website.
Want texts to arrive from your salon name instead of a shared number? That is a paid add-on we set up by hand, priced per country. Open a support ticket from inside Aptly, or write to booking@aptly.sh.
Questions
The things people ask before they sign up.
Do you take a commission on my bookings?
No, and we never will. You pay one flat monthly price for the salon and keep everything your clients spend. Marketplaces that take a cut are quietly charging you to be introduced to a client who was already yours.
Is the free plan really free, or is it a trial?
Really free. No card, no countdown, and nothing switches off after two weeks. 3 people, 5 services, 100 bookings a month and email reminders with no limit — for one location, for as long as you want it.
What happens when I run out of text messages?
The reminder still goes out — by email instead of by text, to the address on the booking. Nothing is sent that you have not paid for, and no bill arrives that you did not expect. Top up a pack whenever you like and the next reminder is a text again.
Can my clients book without creating an account?
They do not need one. A person, a time, a name and a way to reach them — that is the whole booking. If they need to move it, they do that from the link in their confirmation rather than by ringing you.
Can I put the booking form on my own website?
Yes, on every plan including the free one, and on as many sites as you have. One line of code, and it works on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace or a page somebody built you by hand.
Does it work for more than one location?
Yes. Somebody who works at two of your shops is one person with one login, and her hours at each are kept apart. New clients are shared between the shops, so a regular at one is recognised at the other.
What about online appointments rather than in the salon?
A service can be in person, online, or either — and if it is either, the client chooses when they book. Nothing is installed at either end: the link opens in a browser.
Who can see my clients’ data?
Your team, and nobody else. Nothing crosses between salons, and we never sell or rent a client list to anybody — not to advertisers, not to another salon, not at any price.
Can I get my data out if I leave?
Yes. Your clients and your bookings are yours. Write to us and we send them in a file you can open — there is no clause here that holds them.
Which languages does it speak?
English, Serbian, German and Russian. Your team’s language and your client’s are set separately, so a Belgrade salon with tourists does not have to choose one.
